A bell joint assembly system ensures quick and easy installation. DP flues have passed the Giordano Institute’s strictest tests certifying: - Resistance to residual fume heat - Corrosion resistance of surfaces in contact with fumes - Gas and condensation tightness - Resistance to rain water infiltration - Mechanical compression, traction and flexure resistance. DP flues do not contain toxic or harmful materials or asbestos. - The inner wall is made from 6/10 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). The outer wall is made from 6/10 mm thick, BA mirror finish AISI 304 stainless steel (DIN 1.4301) or copper. - Insulation between the walls is in the form of high density sheets of mineral wool or ceramic fibre in various thicknesses (25 or 50 mm). This material ensures effective insulation against even the highest temperatures conveyed by the combustion fumes. - DP flues come complete with locking clamps to ensure external infiltration-resistant joints, while silicon seals ensure effective gas tightness. - DP flues are produced in a wide range of diameters from 80 to 600 mm to cater effectively for all customer needs.
